Kawartha Therapeutic Centre (KTC) is a multi-disciplinary healthcare facility located in the heart of the Kawarthas – Lindsay, Ontario. Our chiropractors and massage therapist specialize in treating many conditions through evidence-based, individualized treatment plans, following comprehensive assessments.

Services provided include Chiropractic Therapy, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Cranial Therapy, Custom Orthotic Prescription/Dispensing, Active Release Techniques, Therapeutic Modalities, Exercise Prescription, and Lifestyle Modification.

We treat a diverse clientele, from week-end warriors to elite athletes, from children to the elderly, from desk-job to manual labourers. We regularly see clients who have suffered motor vehicle accident injuries, as well as work-related (WSIB) cases for assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.

Some people seek our care because they are in pain and need pain-relief. Others are looking to combat the many physical effects of daily stressors, or to improve their overall level of functioning in different aspects of their lives - be it, to be able to walk further distances, fully swing a golf club, easily get into and out of their car, work in their gardens, perform their hobbies, or excel at their sport of choice. Treatment, therefore, can be designed to not only alleviate your pain, but to address underlying (sometimes hidden) contributors to the problem such as a lack of mobility of joints, a weakness of certain muscles, an abnormal degree of tightness in other muscles, an instability of ligaments, and so forth. 

New patients are always welcomed. Patients often come to our office as a result of medical referral, but a referral is not necessary.

We will always strive to see emergency cases on the same day, and will otherwise try to schedule in new patients within two working days. In other words, we are sensitive to the fact that pain can be debilitating and sometimes cannot wait.
